Four hours into a 16 mm Jade Elongated it is breaking in and gaining power; softer feel, good control, zero grit wear and huge spin; tuning tape on the throat helped. Later lukewarm on its power.

Coming from a Q2 elongated and an Ultré, they weighted a 14 mm Jade Elongated with 5 g and found it had more firepower than their Ultré, with good feel.
First session with a weighted 14 mm Jade Elongated in wind: very poppy on counters and drives, but drops went into the net, resets were high and it still felt light and twisted on off-centre hits.
Drilled 1.5 hours with a 14 mm Jade Elongated with 1 g tungsten tape up the sides: perfect pop and power for them, push drops a little touchy, and the spin impressed them.

Has the 16 mm Jade Elongated and the Ultré Power 2: the Jade pockets the ball with great dwell, but has a little less pop, power and spin than the Ultré, which they prefer.

Their Jade came stock at 7.7 oz, among the lightest elongated paddles; they describe it as a lighter MPP Turbo with more control and durable grit.

A 4.0 with a tennis background: first session with the 16 mm Jade Elongated and a huge fan; insane spin on slice backhands and serves, better control than their Zen S+, drops and dinks easy.

Fifteen minutes with the 16 mm Jade Elongated: surprisingly light, softness and pop like the Ultré but a crisper, more hollow feel, easy drops and dinks, and more but controllable power on full swings.
